Faculty of Mechanical Engineering consists of Department of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Mechanical Design, and Department of Mechatronics, all of which nurture special technicians who will play active roles in industrial places in mechanical part. Department of Mechanical Engineering gives students specialized education on design/CAD, process/CAM, thermal fluid, and mechanical maintenance. Department of Mechanical Design, by establishing theories and technological education and correct design theories on IT-based mechanical design areas, teaches students theories and practicies on mechanical design automation and CAD. Department of Mechatronics, to realize the convergence society of the 21th century, teaches mechatronics, high-tech comprehensive technology in which mechanics and electronics are fused.

We provide practical lecture and practices from fundamental knowledge to applied technology to cultivate technicians who will lead the fourth industrial revolution. Based on the theory and practices, we teach the operation principle of machine, component design, production technology and operation, maintenance of machinery, and conduct convergence training related to digital electricity and electronics to deal with rapidly digitalized machinery.
